Assistant Restaurant Manager

Ready to take the lead in delivering exceptional dining experiences? We’re searching for an Assistant Restaurant Manager with a passion for hospitality and the skills to elevate our restaurant operations.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Overseeing daily restaurant operations to ensure top-notch guest service.
• Supporting and mentoring the team to deliver exceptional food and beverage experiences.
• Managing reservations, guest relations, and service flow to maximize efficiency.
• Assisting in menu planning, promotions, and revenue strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar teams to maintain service excellence.

• Previous experience in a hotel or fine dining restaurant is preferred.
• Experience in a Lebanese restaurant is an advantage.
• Lebanese candidates with relevant experience will be given preference.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of food handling regulations and hospitality standards.
• Flexibility to work night, weekend, and holiday shifts.
• Fluency in the local language; additional languages are a plus.
