Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development

  • Assist in developing and executing the hotel's sales strategy to achieve revenue targets.
  • Identify and secure new corporate, government, travel agent, and leisure business opportunities.
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships to maximize repeat business.
  • Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, and hotel site inspections.
  • Participate in sales missions, trade shows, and networking events.

Revenue Generation

  • Support the achievement of monthly and annual room revenue budgets.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
  • Work closely with the Revenue Management team to maximize occupancy and ADR.
  • Ensure effective negotiation of rates and contracts within approved guidelines.

Account Management

  • Maintain accurate client records and sales activities in the designated CRM system.
  • Follow up on leads and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Prepare account development plans for key clients.

Guest & Brand Standards

  • Ensure all sales activities are conducted in line with IHG and Holiday Inn Express brand standards.
  • Maintain strong relationships with guests and business partners.
  • Address client concerns promptly and professionally.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, Reservations, Front Office, and Revenue teams.
  • Support the Director of Sales in preparing sales reports, forecasts, and business plans.
  • Assist in mentoring and guiding junior sales team members.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of hotel sales experience, preferably with an international hotel brand.
  • Strong understanding of hotel sales, revenue management, and market segmentation.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel sales systems.
