The Associate Manager, Greater China Hotel Finance Service, supports the delivery of high-quality finance shared services across multiple hotel units, including P2P, T&E, AR reconciliation and GL activities. This role focuses on product implementation, day-to-day service execution, process standardization, issue resolution, stakeholder support and continuous improvement to ensure efficient, compliant and consistent operations across the portfolio.
Your day to day
Service Delivery and Operations
• Support daily delivery of finance shared services across assigned hotel portfolio, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and within agreed timelines.
• Monitor service performance, identify operational issues and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Assist month-end activities, reconciliations, reporting and exception management to support accurate financial records.
Process Management and Continuous Improvement
• Execute standardized processes and support implementation of SOPs, controls and service guidelines across shared service activities.
• Analyze recurring issues, process gaps and service trends, and recommend practical improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy and user experience.
• Participate in system, process or hotel onboarding initiatives, including testing, training and post-implementation stabilization support.
Team Support and Stakeholder Collaboration
• Provide day-to-day guidance to analysts or specialists, support workload coordination and contribute to team capability building.
• Build effective working relationships with hotels, business partners and cross-functional teams to ensure responsive service delivery and clear communication.
Service Quality and Compliance
• Ensure activities are performed in line with internal policies, controls and regulatory requirements, and support audit or compliance requests as needed.
• Support service quality reviews, track KPIs and customer feedback, and contribute to actions that improve service consistency and stakeholder satisfaction.
What we need from you
Work Experience
• 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting or shared services, preferably within hospitality or multi-unit operations.
• Solid hands-on experience in finance processes such as P2P, T&E, AR reconciliation, GL, month-end close or service transition activities.
• Experience supporting process improvement, SOP implementation, controls execution and stakeholder coordination.
Skills
• Good understanding of accounting principles, internal controls and shared service operations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills with attention to detail and service quality.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across hotel, finance and cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Excel and reporting tools; familiarity with hotel finance systems and automation tools is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
