We are seeking service staff to provide an exceptional dining experience for our guests at "Le Petit Chef" at the ANA InterContinental Hotel Tokyo. This restaurant offers a unique culinary journey featuring cutting-edge 3D technology and exquisite cuisine.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleanliness / Maintenance:
- Understand the HACCP records and section cleanling schedule, support managing them on daily basis.
- Maintain responsibility of cleanliness of stations, menus and table setups.
Guest & Staff Safety:
- Ensure to get training of property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures, update knowledge once a year.
- Be aware of duty of care and adhere to occupational, health and safety legislation, policies and procedures.
- Initiate action to correct a hazardous situation and notify supervisors of potential dangers.
GUEST EXPERIENCE
Guest Management:
- Deliver service standards in line with InterContinental Global Etiquette.
- Ensure restaurant operating equipment are clean and in working order.
- Ensure restaurant is ready to receive guests prior to opening and that tables are ready in line with SOPs.
- Preparing for service by ensuring that equipment, glassware, buffet service stations, service stations and table setups are in place and cleaned.
- Upsell beverages and converse with guests on recommendations for food and beverage at outlet.
- Always Show The Way by offering personalized service and going the extra mile for guests where appropriate.
