Hiring Salary: 5000 - 5500
1. 负责招聘全流程管理，包括需求分析、职位发布、简历筛选、面试组织及录用跟进，确保关键岗位及时到岗；
2.执行员工关系日常管理，处理入离职手续、劳动合同签订与续签、档案维护等事务；
3. 管理员工劳动合同、档案及基础人事数据，定期维护HR信息系统，确保信息真实、完整、动态更新；
4. 组织开展员工关系日常沟通与基础关怀工作，协助处理一般性劳动关系咨询与协调事项；
5.参与实习生校招和散招活动，规划岗位实习生需求情况补充实习生，开展实习生沟通会、实习生留任谈话等；
1. 大专及以上学历，人力资源管理、工商管理、酒店管理等相关专业优先；
2. 具备1年以上人力资源相关工作经验，熟悉招聘、员工关系等模块的实际操作；
3. 熟练使用Office办公软件，能独立完成招聘数据统计、人事报表编制及基础系统操作；
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力与服务意识，责任心强，细致耐心，能够妥善处理多任务并行的工作场景；
