1. 负责全日厨房各类餐食的制作与出品，确保菜品质量、口味及摆盘符合餐厅标准；
2. 参与菜单研发与成本控制，协助优化食材使用与出成率；
3. 严格执行食品安全与操作规范，落实厨房卫生、设备维护及安全生产要求；
4. 配合领班或厨师长完成日常排班、物料申领及团队协作任务；
5. 根据业务需要，支持早、中、晚及节假日等各时段餐饮服务保障工作。
1. 具备1年及以上正规餐饮企业厨房实操经验，熟悉中西餐基础烹饪流程与标准；
2. 持有有效健康证明，无传染性疾病，符合国家食品从业人员健康要求；
3. 具备良好的职业素养与团队协作意识，能适应快节奏、多时段工作安排；
