前廳部實習生
1. 协助前厅部完成日常接待工作，包括宾客登记、问询服务及资料整理等事务。
2. 配合部门员工做好客房分配、钥匙交接及相关系统信息录入工作。
3. 维护前厅区域的整洁与秩序，确保为宾客提供良好的第一印象和优质服务环境。
4. 学习并掌握酒店前厅运营流程，积极参与岗位培训和实操锻炼。
5. 完成上级交办的其他辅助性工作任务。
1. 在读大专及以上学历学生，旅游、酒店管理等相关专业优先。
2. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，态度端正，责任心强。
3. 能够适应轮班工作安排，遵守酒店规章制度。
4. 熟练使用常用办公软件，具备基本的计算机操作能力。
5. 实习期间能保证稳定出勤，具备较强的学习意愿和团队协作精神。
