1.落实登记入住、退房离店。
2.负责PSB的输入及审核，确保PSB中的客人信息准确无误。
3.确保所收现金和每日报表准确无误。
4.保持对标准预定程序的深入了解。
5.解答客人常见问题，完成上个班次交接的工作。
6.有良好的职业形象和气质，懂得前台的接待礼仪。
7.具有良好的沟通能力，有亲和力、较强的保密意识。
