1、根据工作标准、备料单，及上级指示准时为员工制作员工餐食。
2、参与食品的质量控制，提高产品的菜色和味道，保证厨房运作的顺利进行。
3、控制好厨房收货的质量和数量，保证未变质食物不被浪费。
4、对酒店的防火措施、卫生管理、健康安全方面理解正确，全面并致力去推进。
5、保持良好的个人卫生及仪容仪表、干净的制服。
1.在酒店同岗位工作1年以上。
2.身体健康，无不良嗜好。
3.熟悉酒店各种规章制度及消防知识。
4.对团队及部门工作具有良好的组织实施能力。
