1.服从厨师长排班安排。
2.按要求进行员工餐厅食品的加工与制作，保证出品质量，按时按量提供菜品与食物。
3.合理使用食品、调味品原料，杜绝浪费。
4.合理使用各种厨房设备，做好设备的维护和保养。
5.爱护及使用各种厨房用具。
6.注意冰柜内各类成品、半成品等食品的存放时间，注意保质期时间，合理使用，预防发霉变质。
7.注意各类消防器材的摆放位置，不得随意挪动，定期参加店内消防培训，能够熟练使用各类消防器材。
