1. 全日制在校学生，能够保证一定时间到岗实习。
2. 具备良好的学习能力、沟通能力和团队协作意识。
3. 熟练使用办公软件，如Word、Excel、PPT等。
4. 能够遵守公司规章制度，服从工作安排，具备责任心和执行力。
