【岗位职责】
1、掌握房态，每天定时编发房态表，并通知客房楼层。
2、做好信息收集和资料积累工作，客房部文书工作。
3、负责部门考勤和奖金统计工作。
4、负责捡拾物品和遗留物品的登记、存放和处理。
5、负责建立客房部归档系统。
6、领导安排的其他工作。
【岗位要求】
1、有相关工作经验者优先。
2、身体健康，五官端正，无不良嗜好。
3、能熟练操作日常办公软件，有一定的文字处理及沟通协调能力。
4、有一定的英语基础。
