客房服務員
1.按照酒店规程清扫客房，及时补充客房用品，控制物料消耗。
2.发现房间设备损坏，地毯、墙纸污迹应做好记录，及时通知客房中心。
3.严格执行安全制度，确保客房安全。
4.及时反馈宾客信息和意见。
5.在早班不在时协助楼层完成对客服务工作和相关后勤保障工作。
6.完成领导交办的其它工作任务。
1.有1年以上客房工作经验或相关经验。
2.能进行简单英文对话。
3.身体健康，相貌端正。
4.接受过正规客房服务培训。
