1、熟悉部门工作细则和流程；
2、按通知内容，把住店客人需求的物品送到房间；
3、没有服务需求时，应经理及主管的临时工作安排，协助其他工作，包括但不限于：送水果、房间物品恢复、吸尘抹尘及简单性的清洁工作、其他临时性工作安排。
1、有志在酒店行业发展的应届毕业生/实习生；
2、热爱服务行业，具有良好的顾客服务意识、亲和力、沟通技巧和团队合作精神。
