1.负责管理员工宿舍日常事务，给酒店员工营造舒适、整洁的住宿环境；
2. 督促员工要节约能源，离开房间时要记得关灯、关空调、关电视；
3.负责员工布草的发放、送洗、回收等管理工作；。
4.协助主管处理宿舍员工的日常事务；
5.对员工宿舍进行例行检查，若发现任何问题，马上采取行动解决。
1.在酒店同岗位工作一年以上优先考虑；
2.吃苦耐劳，具有良好的沟通技能；
3.具有耐心和恒心来与员工沟通。
