1.全面负责酒店客房楼层的日常运营管理工作，确保服务质量和卫生标准符合品牌要求。
2.督导楼层服务员日常工作，合理安排人员排班及工作任务分配。
3.定期检查客房清洁质量及设施设备状况，及时处理维修需求。
4.负责客房用品库存管理，控制成本并确保物资充足。
5.处理客人投诉及特殊需求，提供个性化服务解决方案。
6.培训新入职员工，持续提升团队服务技能与工作效率。
7.配合上级完成各项运营指标及临时性工作任务。
1.大专学历及以上。
2.有相关酒店客房楼层经验5年及以上。
