1. 执行与礼宾有关的工作程序，在礼宾主管不在岗时，代行其职责并确保礼宾部员工在工作中遵守工作程序。
2. 根据酒店标准培训部门员工。
3. 确保酒店客人得到完善招待。
4. 需要了解当地旅游文化，以及城市概况，为客人提供贴心服务。
1、大专以上文化程度，良好的英语口语；
2、性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实，具有较强的服务意识和责任感；
