4. 控制营业所需的餐具，定期参加盘点。
5. 完成上级领导交办的其他合理工作。

2. 熟知接待服务中的礼节礼仪。
3. 遵守酒店卫生及安全规范。
4. 有较强的语言表达能力及推销能力。
