1. 负责锅炉设备的日常运行、监控及维护，确保设备安全稳定运行。
2. 按照操作规程进行点火、升压、供汽等操作，及时调整运行参数。
3. 定期巡查锅炉系统，记录运行数据，发现异常情况及时上报并处理。
4. 配合完成设备的定期检修、保养及故障排查工作。
5. 严格执行安全生产规章制度，落实各项安全防护措施。
1. 中技（中专/技校/职高）及以上学历，热能动力、机电类或相关专业优先。
2. 具备1年以上锅炉操作工作经验，持有有效的司炉作业人员操作证（G2或G3类）。
3. 熟悉锅炉系统结构及工作原理，掌握常见故障判断与处理方法。
4. 具备良好的安全意识和责任心，能够适应倒班工作安排。
5. 能够严格遵守操作规程，无违规操作记录。
