1.把握预订信息，控制客房销售情况，掌握预订规律，最大限度地提高开房率及房价。
2.统计预期住房率，及时通知酒店各有关部门，及时发出房间分布表。
3.预测月度和未来三个月酒店的售房情况。
4.掌握订房的状况和对比其它竞争酒店的预订走势。
5.留意特别团体的动态，如出现不寻常情况，影响住房率，应及时反映。
6.有需要时协助检查第二天预期到达客人的订房资料。
7.留意旅行社订房配额情况，及时向上级反眏其用量。
8.随时检查房间分配及销售情况，特别注意不同房型的销售情况。
9.监管订房部的日常运作, 确保一切流程正常。
1.大专学历及以上。
2.有相关酒店预订工作经验3年及以上。
3.有洲际酒店集团工作经验者优先。
