【岗位职责】
1. 准备所有的配料并制作各种面包、西饼、西点等食品
2. 负责操作间的日常卫生、工具清洁及收藏
3. 负责工作结束后的原料收藏、工具清洁、环境卫生的清洁、能源的关闭
4. 接受上级安排的其他任务
【岗位要求】
1. 熟悉面包西饼等的制作工艺及技能
2. 熟悉西餐的相关知识及礼仪
3. 有星级酒店或西餐厅从事西饼房工作经验优先
