We are looking for a motivated and commercially driven Assistant Sales Manager to support revenue growth and contribute to the transformation of Carlton Al Moaibed into a flagship Vignette Collection hotel in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

You will support a dual focus:
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and business partners.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across corporate, leisure, MICE, and group segments.
- Negotiate contracts, room rates, and event agreements
- Conduct sales calls, client meetings, hotel site inspections, and presentations.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and negotiate rates within approved guidelines.
- Support the Sales Manager in forecasting, budgeting, and monthly sales reporting.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
- Coordinate with Revenue, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Represent the hotel at trade shows, networking events, and industry functions.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with IHG brand standards and policies.
Assist in achieving occupancy, ADR, and revenue goals.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Sales Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of hotel sales systems such as Opera, Delphi, or similar CRM platforms is an advantage.
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an added advantage.
