Banquet Server

The best events aren’t just about the food—they’re about creating memorable experiences that guests will cherish. We’re looking for a Banquet Server who is eager to provide exceptional service, ensure seamless event flow, and help guests feel cared for from the moment they arrive to the last toast of the evening.

A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Delivering exceptional service to guests at banquets, ensuring their needs are met quickly and with a positive attitude
• Setting up banquet rooms according to event specifications, including arranging tables, chairs, and setting place settings
• Serving food and beverages to guests, making sure to follow all food safety and alcohol service guidelines
• Assisting with event breakdown and clearing away items once the event concludes
• Communicating with the banquet captain and team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service
• Handling guest requests and inquiries professionally, resolving any concerns with care and efficiency
• Keeping banquet areas clean, organized, and ready for the next service

What we need from you

• The ability to carry heavy trays and serve guests with a warm and welcoming demeanor
• A keen eye for detail, ensuring everything is presented perfectly and service runs seamlessly
• A good understanding of food safety and the ability to adhere to alcohol service laws
• The flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on event schedules
• Strong communication skills – you’ll need to interact with guests and team members in a friendly and professional manner
• A positive, can-do attitude that’s ready to handle busy, high-energy event environments

The hourly pay rate for this role is $17.25. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401k, and many other benefits to eligible employees.
