Your day to day

The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As an F&B Director you will leading from the front and guest service comes naturally to you. From employee performance development to guest satisfaction and engagement, you are focused on innovation and efficiencies. 

Some of the responsibilities include:

• Lead and oversee five food and beverage outlets including conferencing and banquets. Assisting and developing outlet managers to ensure profitable and thriving offerings.
• In tune with your team, you will drive performance and engagement across the outlets and with your direct reports. 
• Develop strong systems and processes within Food and Beverage for effective communication and decision making. 
• Drive the F&B revenue strategy and marketing plan in collaboration with the exec leadership team. Review strategies regularly and incorporate creative flair. 
• Maintain strong visibility in the operations to support food and beverage teams and develop strong internal stakeholder relationships. 

What we need from you

• Strong communication skills, ability to manage complex relationships and develop & manage a large team. 
• 6+ years leadership experience in a restaurant, bar or hotel environment 
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Director of Food and Beverage 
• Flexibility to work a range of hours, which includes but is not limited to afternoons, events & public holidays
