Mogotel Hotel Group is an international hotel operator headquartered in Riga, Latvia with 20 years of experience in European-level services and a friendly approach to every customer.

Your day to day

  • Building a close working relationships with key decision makers to obtain increased market share.
  • Analyzing market data and trends to inform decision-making and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Efficiently managing multiple tasks and projects.
  • Delivering presentations about our hotels and conducting regular meetings with clients.
  • Preparing price offers, facilitating contract preparation, and finalizing agreements.
  • Position located on-site at our hotel in Stockholm.

What we need from you

  • Team leading experience would be an advantage.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with strong negotiation abilities to secure advantageous agreements.
  • Proficiency in building and maintaining relationships with various clients, including corporate accounts, MICE, and travel agencies.
  • Flexibility, responsiveness, positivity, accuracy, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Fluency in both Swedish and English.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Opera/Fidelio PMS is highly desirable.
