フロント業務全般（チェックイン・チェックアウトの手続き、宿泊予約対応等）
ホテル館内や近隣のインフォメーション業務
顧客対応
その他、ホテル付随業務

【経験・資格】

経験者優遇
長期勤務可能な方
終始笑顔でお客様と接することができる方
英語、他言語ができれば尚良し
普通自動車免許（ATのみ可能）
 

【Job Responsibilities】

Welcome guests, check them in, distribute room keys and explain the hotel’s amenities
Take payment from customers
Respond to guests’ issues and complaints in a friendly, timely manner
Work with other staff members to ensure that all guest rooms meet hotel standards and accommodate any special client needs
Arrange specialized services for VIP customers

【Experience & Qualifications】

Prior experience preferred
Available for long-term employment
Able to interact with guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude at all times
Proficiency in English or other foreign languages is a plus
Valid driver’s license (automatic transmission only acceptable)
