The Role
We are seeking an exceptional, hands-on General Manager with visionary leadership skills to helm this unique luxury property. The ideal candidate will embrace island life while elevating our resort to new heights of excellence and profitability.
 

Key Responsibilities
• Craft Transformative Guest Journeys - Design and deliver authentic experiences tailored to our adventure-seeking clientele of hikers, divers, and explorers, adapting to the evolving expectations of luxury travelers
• Lead with Purpose and Presence - Inspire and develop your team while embodying our commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence
• Elevate Culinary Experiences - Guide our food and beverage program toward innovation and distinction, ensuring our dining options reflect both local culture and international standards
• Drive Strategic Growth - Maximize revenue through strategic initiatives while serving as the property's ambassador within the local community
• Cultivate Government Relations - Develop strong relationships with local officials, including the Minister of Tourism, to position the resort as a key contributor to Dominica's sustainable tourism development

• Proven Luxury Leadership - Demonstrated success as a General Manager in luxury resort environments, with Caribbean experience highly valued
