【Job Description】
Talent development, training, and employee growth initiatives
General internal business support, including administrative (general affairs) functions

You will be expected to collaborate closely with on-site staff to enhance service quality and help create an environment that improves both customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction.

【Candidate Requirements】
Prior experience in Human Resources
Business-level English proficiency is preferred
Comfortable with PC operations and digital tools
Willing and able to commit to long-term employment in Ishigaki, Japan
