MIDDLE EASTERN SOUS CHEF (2-3 months Contract)
YOUR ROLE as our guest Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the full set-up and execution of :-
-Creating and implementing a rotation of authentic Arabian breakfast selections.
-Preparing popular All-Day Dining dishes from the Middle Eastern culinary tradition.
-Developing suitable late-night offerings for Room Service.
-A strong guest-oriented focus tailored specifically for Middle Eastern customers.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Minimum 2 years of experience specifically in Middle Eastern/Levantine/ Arabian Gulf cuisine.
-Knowledge of spice profiles (Bahar, Loomy, Saffron), dough preparation (Manakeesh, Samoon), and rice cooking techniques (Mandi, Kabsa).
-Ability to set up a "Rotation Menu" so repeat guests don't see the same food every day.
-Manage a dedicated station for Arabic cuisine during guest service.
-Develop new menu items utilizing high-quality local ingredients.
-Conduct comprehensive training for our kitchen staff.
-Ability to communicate in English and Arabic is a highly attractive plus.
-Fully available for the entire 2-3 months contract for the specific window of June – August 2026.
