Under the guidance of the Front Office Manager, you will oversee daily reservation operations, ensuring accurate and timely handling of guest and agent booking requests in line with IHG standards. You will support effective room inventory and rate management, maintain strong relationships with guests and business partners, identify revenue opportunities, and coordinate closely with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience. You will be involved in reservation processing, booking channel management, rate and promotion management, reservation amendments, and team supervision.

A little taste of your day-to-day:

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

• Supervise and support the team to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
• Monitor and process reservations across all booking channels, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Monitor room availability, occupancy, and reservation pickup while supporting revenue maximization through effective upselling and availability management.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, Housekeeping, and other departments to manage guest requirements, group bookings, VIPs, and special requests.
• Ensure all reservation activities are carried out in accordance with IHG standards, hotel policies, and established procedures. 

What we need from you:

• Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or a related field from a recognized institute.

• 1–2 years of experience in Reservations, Front Office, or a similar hotel operations role.

• Previous supervisory experience will be an added advantage.

• Good knowledge of hotel reservation systems and basic revenue management.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

• Good command of written and spoken English.

• Strong customer-service orientation and attention to detail.
