1. 负责接听客户来电及在线咨询，准确记录并处理酒店、会议、活动等各类预订需求；
2. 熟练使用预订系统，完成订单录入、修改、确认及状态更新；
3. 协同销售、前台及运营部门，确保预订信息准确传递与无缝衔接，及时响应客户需求变更与特殊要求；
4. 定期整理预订数据，协助生成日报、周报及基础预订分析报表；
5. 维护客户基础信息档案，遵守服务规范，提供专业、友好、高效的预订服务体验。
