Role Purpose

Support RMH Specialist with analysis and forecasting reports. Produce channel production analysis, booking lead times and pricing analysis. Assist with any additional Revenue Performance and Business Development related analysis required.

Key Accountabilities

• Analyze and forecast demand patterns for all segments. Including events, group wash, cancellations, price sensitivity/elasticity, denials/regrets and other statistics.
• Analyze competitive pricing and behavior to market demand.
• Update and prepare all tools and systems and reports on daily basis or as necessary.
• Communicate all required reporting in a clear and timely manner.
• Execute ad hoc analysis in a property level pulling data from different sources and generating insights and recommendations.
• Monitor competitors’ rates and hotel performance to support revenue strategies.
• Track and audit all changes made to pricing changes and yield strategies .
• Track and analysis the contribution of any of promotions, cluster campaign, major event or public holiday
• Participate revenue meeting with Specialist.
• Be the gatekeeper of systems and data integrity and channel parity (Periodic System Audit).
• Assist with the annual budgeting process for RMH hotels.
   

Key Skills & Experiences
Required Skills –
 

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
• Understanding of hotel practices.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel, Databases, Pivot Table, PowerPoint, Word, Tableau, Copilot and others
• Familiar with IHG system preferred.
• English high level written and spoken

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

  Qualifications –

• Statistics or Hotel Management knowledge preferred.
   

  Experience –

• Hotel experience preferred.
• Operational experience on channel distribution.

• Sales experience.

  Please note that this is a hybrid position and requires going to the Guadalajara office 4 times per week.
