This role drives the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of connected stay experience products across Greater China, while representing Greater China business requirements and influencing global product priorities; partners with global, regional, and external stakeholders to deliver innovative technology solutions that enhance guest experience, improve hotel operations, and create owner value.
Your day to day
• Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for assigned product portfolio.
• Translate business, guest, and hotel needs into product requirements and scalable solutions.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery, including planning, pilot, rollout, and optimization.
• Manage technology partners and drive innovation across smart hotel solutions.
• Collaborate with global, regional, and cross-functional stakeholders to achieve business outcomes.
• Monitor industry trends and competitive developments to identify product opportunities.
What we need from you
Education
• Bachelor's degree or above in Technology, Engineering, Business, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
Experience
• 7+ years product management experience.
• Experience delivering digital products, technology platforms, or hospitality technology solutions.
• Experience in hardware, networking, and IoT product management.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholders across operations, procurement, and vendors.
• Experience leading end-to-end product lifecycle management, working within Agile development environments.
• Experience working with global and regional stakeholders in a matrix environment preferred.
Required Skills
• Ability to define product strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities.
• Strong understanding of hospitality operations and guest experience journeys.
• Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
• Strong technical background or engineering experience is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Ability to balance business objectives and technology solutions.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
Experience in one or more of the following domains:
• Smart Hotel
• Smart Room / IoT
• Hotel Connectivity Solutions
• Robotics & Automation
• Hospitality Technology Platforms
Strong preference will be given to candidates with experience from:
• Huazhu Group (H World), Atour Group, Marriott International, Hilton
• Other leading hospitality organizations or hospitality technology providers, including: OBM-related solution providers: Shiji Group, Xiaomi, Haier, LUMA, Yunji, Keenon, Smart Room, Connectivity, Robotics, or IoT solution companies
