Senior Sales Manager/ Assistant Director of Sales – Leisure (Bangkok Based)

The Assistant Director of Sales is responsible for supporting the Director of Sales & Marketing in developing and executing strategic sales initiatives to achieve the resort's revenue, market share, and business objectives. The role assists in leading the Sales team, driving business development activities, managing key accounts, and maximizing revenue opportunities across corporate, leisure, MICE, wholesale, and luxury travel segments.

As a member of the Sales leadership team, the Assistant Director of Sales plays a vital role in strengthening InterContinental Hua Hin Resort's market position, fostering long-term client relationships, and ensuring alignment with InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG) brand standards and commercial strategies.
