Service reception CR 中餐服務接待
1. 负责餐厅顾客的迎宾接待工作，提供热情、周到的服务，确保顾客拥有良好的用餐体验。
2. 准确记录顾客预订信息，合理安排座位，协调前厅与后厨的工作衔接。
3. 解答顾客关于菜品、饮品及服务流程的咨询，协助处理顾客意见或建议。
4. 维护接待区域的整洁与秩序，确保符合卫生和服务标准。
5. 协助完成营业数据记录、报表整理及相关行政支持工作。
1. 具有中专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游服务或相关专业优先。
2. 具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识，能够适应餐饮行业的工作节奏。
3. 有餐饮行业接待工作经验者优先，接受应届毕业生。
4. 普通话流利，具备基本英语沟通能力者优先。
5. 遵守职业道德，无不良记录，能够保守顾客及企业相关信息。
