1. 根据顾客口味偏好及餐饮搭配需求，提供专业的酒水推荐与品鉴服务
2. 负责酒单的设计、更新与维护，确保酒水品类结构合理并符合品牌定位
3. 管理酒水库存，执行日常盘点与损耗控制，保障酒水供应及时有序
4. 保持吧台操作规范与卫生标准，严格执行食品安全与服务流程
5. 参与酒水培训与新品推广活动，提升团队专业能力与顾客体验
1. 具备1年以上高端餐饮或酒吧调酒服务相关工作经验，有Sommelier或葡萄酒专业知识者优先
2. 熟悉各类酒水（包括葡萄酒、烈酒、鸡尾酒等）的产地、风味特征及侍酒礼仪
3. 具备良好的沟通能力与客户服务意识，能够为顾客提供个性化酒水建议
4. 持有健康证明，具备基本的食品安全与卫生知识
5. 工作认真负责，能适应轮班工作安排，遵守职业道德规范
