Your day-to-day

  •  Manage all the hotel's orders for operational material.
  •  Inventory management.
  •  Management of Safety, Technical and RGSS files.
  •  Interdepartmental communication to meet needs.
  •  Incident Management Orders and Goods Reception.
  •  Making / Approval of Purchases by BSS.
  •  Review and Updating of Stock Par.
  •  Order Supervision.
  •  System Data Update (Prices, Contact Emails, etc...).
  •  Supervision of delivery notes / Invoices in BSS - Reconciliation of Delivery Note + Invoice.
  •  Flash Cost
  •  Supervision of REQ's
  •  Inventory + Spot Checks
  •  Inventory Supervision and Upload in BSS and Monthly Closing (Inv + Accruals).

What we need from you
• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business administration or related field.
• 2+ years’ experience working in a hotel.
• Must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages will be highly valuable.
• Proactive, positive, energetic, dynamic, emphatic, team-worker and with passion for service.
