Lead IHG's recruitment efforts in Mexico for Corporate and Reservations and Customer Care roles, utilizing existing resources and developing new strategies. Ensure recruitment marketing aligns with HR/Talent Acquisition objectives while collaborating with HR colleagues and Business Leaders. This role is responsible for delivering top candidates and guiding them through the selection process, requiring creativity, strategic vision, and strong organizational skills.
Your day-to-day
- Lead the design and implementation of recruitment programs for Corporate and Reservations and Customer Care roles in Mexico, while building relationships with key stakeholders and aligning with the Global Talent team on early career recruitment strategies.
- Develop tailored recruiting strategies based on business needs, oversee recruitment marketing initiatives, and manage logistical elements for outreach efforts.
- Lead recruitment efforts in Mexico and Latin America to ensure a consistent and exceptional hiring manager and candidate experience.
- Serve as a talent advisor, ensuring compliance with Talent Acquisition procedures, tracking hiring metrics, and leading employer branding activities to attract top-quality candidates.
What we need from you
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- Minimum of 7 years of recruitment experience in both in house and agency; preferably with experience recruiting for multiple countries for a global firm
- Proven experience in leading, organizing, planning, and executing programs from initial concept to successful implementation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills demonstrated effectively. Proficiency in Spanish and English required.
- Experience in analyzing industry and market trends, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective strategies.
- Capable of managing competing priorities while remaining highly adaptable and flexible.
