  • Communication & Switchboard: Handle all internal and external calls with warmth, route them efficiently, and personalize service by addressing guests by name.

  • Reservations & Guest Information: Smoothly manage inquiries, bookings, and cancellations while providing detailed information on facilities, directions, and local attractions.

  • System Management: Maintain accurate guest profiles.

  • Proactive Care & Administration: Conduct guest satisfaction courtesy calls, manage precise call logs, relay messages, and execute punctual wake-up calls.

  • Teamwork & Safety: Collaborate with key departments (like Engineering and Security) to ensure smooth service while adhering to IHG safety, environmental, and sustainability standards.
