Training Supervisor / Assistant Training Manager

What We Need from You:

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:

• Conduct training needs analysis and develop the annual hotel training plan in collaboration with department heads and trainers.
• Manage and implement hotel training programs, including IHG/Kimpton, quality standards, and mandatory training.
• Deliver engaging training sessions using appropriate adult learning and facilitation techniques.
• Develop and update training materials, lesson plans, job aids, manuals, and on-the-job training checklists.
• Oversee new employee orientation, onboarding, and on-the-job training, including retraining based on identified needs.
• Monitor and ensure completion of e-learning and departmental training, including monthly training reports and training effectiveness.
• Manage training resources and budget, including coordination with internal/external trainers, hotel schools, language courses, and management trainee programs.
