Chief concierge

The lobby gives guests their first taste of our world. As Chief Concierge, you’ll curate fantastic experiences with the help of your friendly team of porters, bell attendants and more. From heartfelt greetings to fond farewells and swift, personal customer service – whatever your guests desire, you’ll see their every wish is granted.

This role suits those who briskly build rapport. You’ll forge relationships with guests, colleagues and local business contacts alike, while nurturing a growing team. Come and excel in our global business.

Front desk agent

Front Desk Agents not only hold the keys to every room – you have a starring role in our hotels. The host of our reception, you anticipate our guests’ every need, preference and concern. Taxi, newspaper, spa booking? You’re on the case.

You keep the admin hassle-free, handling guest relations with fast, helpful check-ins and quickly settled bills. Smart, friendly and a source of local knowledge, you provide a guest service that makes everyone feel at home – now, let us make you just as welcome in your career.

Front office manager

When guests enter our lobby, they enter the heart of our world. Bags, parking, registration, check-in – a flawless entrance, managed by you. As Front of House Manager, you’ll choreograph every moment of our guests’ stay. Motivating your team to deliver outstanding hospitality that sees them return time and again.

You’ll oversee every aspect of our reception duties: from welcomes to ongoing guest relations. In fact, you’ll train your whole team to deliver truly exceptional service. You bring a calm head and natural flair, and in return we’ll offer you an extraordinary career.
