•Reports directly to and communicates with the Credit Manager on all matters pertaining to credit and collection of guest and city ledger accounts.
•向信贷经理报告所有与信贷有关的事件，及客人、城市挂帐情况等。
•Cooperates, coordinates and communicates with guests and other departments in matters concerning issuance of credit, follow up outstanding accounts and assisting with credit requirements.
•与客人和其他部门合作，协调，交流信贷发放相关事宜，跟进欠款帐目情况并协助满足资金需求。
•Liaises closely with the AR Clerk and credit assistant in reviewing and maintaining the Aged Trial Balance of Accounts Receivable.
•和应收帐职员及信贷助理紧密合作，负责检查和维护应收帐款的帐龄。
•Monitors the special billing arrangements for groups and conventions as required to ensure that postings are in line with customer requirements.
•监控团队及宴会的帐单，确保帐单的准确无误。
•Reviews city ledger daily for correct postings of charges and take corrective action where necessary.
•每天检查城市挂帐，确保记录的准确无误，并在必要时候可对帐目进行修改。
•Monitor and pursue collection of overdue accounts.
•管理并追收逾期帐款。
•Review bad debts listing monthly to prepare collect ability analysis for monthly provision for doubtful debts.
•每月定期检查坏帐清单，并对其进行还款能力的分析，以便每月计提坏帐准备。
•Respond to and resolve account queries in conjunction with accounts receivable and credit assistant.
•与应收帐职员及信贷助理一起协力回应并解决帐目上的疑问。
•Assists in control and collection of outstanding guest and city ledger accounts.
•协助控制及追缴客人及城市挂帐帐目。
•Prepare management reports for month end analysis and provide documentation for credit meeting.
•准备月底分析报告，提供信贷会议所需的文件及信息。
•Prepare provision, write-offs and other adjustments immediately prior to month end.
•月底前准备当月计提的坏帐准备，坏帐注销及其它调整等。

•Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related field.
•具有会计，财务或相关领域的学士学位或毕业证书。
