1. 协助前厅经理统筹管理酒店前台、礼宾、宾客关系及预订等核心运营模块，确保服务标准符合丽晶品牌全球运营规范；
2. 负责前厅部日常排班、服务质量督导、客户投诉协调处理及宾客满意度提升工作；
3. 主导员工培训与带教，包括新员工入职培训、服务流程强化训练及跨岗位协作能力培养；
4. 参与前厅运营数据分析，定期提交服务效能报告，提出流程优化与效率提升建议；
5. 在前厅经理缺席时，全面代理其管理职责，保障前厅各环节7×24小时高效、合规运转。
1. 本科及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理、工商管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备2年及以上国际高端品牌酒店（如洲际、万豪、希尔顿、丽思卡尔顿、丽晶等）前厅部主管或高潜骨干岗位工作经验；
3. 熟练掌握Opera PMS系统操作，具备良好的多任务处理能力及突发事件应对经验；
4. 具备优秀的中英文书面与口语表达能力，能独立处理外籍宾客服务及跨文化沟通场景；
5. 具备基础的数据分析意识和服务质量改进思维，认同丽晶品牌“精致、优雅、个性化”的服务理念。
