1. 全面统筹前台日常运营管理工作,包括接待流程优化、服务标准制定与执行监督;
2. 负责前台团队排班、业务培训、绩效辅导及服务质量考核,提升整体服务响应效率与客户满意度;
3. 协调处理客户咨询、投诉及突发事件,建立并维护重要客户接待档案与服务记录;
4. 管理前台物资、设备及办公用品申领与台账,确保设施运行正常、环境整洁有序;
5. 对接行政、人事、IT等部门,支持跨部门协作事项,保障前台作为企业形象窗口的规范性与专业性。
1. 大专及以上学历,酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先;
2. 具备3年以上星级酒店或优质服务机构前台/前台主管岗位工作经验;
3. 熟练掌握办公软件(Word、Excel、PPT)及常用Opera系统操作,具备基础数据统计与报表制作能力;
4. 具备优秀的沟通协调能力、应变能力与服务意识,能独立处理多线程事务及突发状况;
5. 形象气质佳,普通话标准流利,具备良好的书面表达与跨部门协作经验。
