Hiring Salary: 6500 - 8000
1、负责客房楼层的日常运营管理，确保清洁、维护及服务质量符合酒店标准规范。
2、监督和指导客房服务团队，包括员工排班、培训实施及绩效评估，提升团队工作效率。
3、管理楼层物资库存，控制成本并确保物资合理调配与使用。
4、协调与前台、工程等部门的工作衔接，保障服务流程顺畅高效。
5、执行酒店安全、卫生及消防规程，定期检查设施设备，确保工作环境合规。
1、至少3年以上酒店客房服务管理经验，有楼层主管或同等岗位经验者优先。
2、熟练掌握酒店运营系统及客房清洁标准流程。
3、具备优秀的团队领导能力、沟通协调技巧及问题解决能力。
4、能够高效处理突发事件和客户投诉，保持专业服务态度。
5、良好的组织与时间管理能力，适应轮班工作安排（含周末及节假日）。
