1、管理、指导并培养客房服务团队
2、处理宾客投诉，满足宾客特别要求，提高他们的满意度
3、检查公共区域、房间、套房、设备和布草以确保超出宾客预期
4、协助深度清洁任务，偶尔在繁忙时期协助您的团队
5、维护库存、准备预算、提高工作效率
6、指导员工日常事务，计划与分配工作
7、为员工提供教导、辅导并给予定期反馈，解决各类员工矛盾，提高员工绩效
8、按照政府要求和安全法规教育和培训全体员工
9、通过与其它部门领导进行日常沟通和协作促进团队协作、提高服务质量
10、检查公共区域、客房/套房、设备、床单是否干净整洁，状态良好，向团队成员提出改进建议
3年客房部工作经验，需参加过管理岗位的培训或有管理工作经验。
