1. 负责酒店客衣接收、清点核对，核对件数、房号、特殊洗涤要求，做好登记记录。
2. 检查衣物破损、污渍、掉扣，有异常及时和客人确认并备注。
3. 对接干洗工，交接送洗客衣，取回洗好衣物，核对数量质量。
4. 按房号分拣整理干净客衣，及时送回客房，做好签收。
5. 处理客衣投诉、衣物遗失损坏问题，做好登记上报。
6. 保管客衣单据，台账记录清晰，保持收发区域整洁。
