3、维护前台区域整洁有序，确保服务环境符合标准
4、协助管理客房状态，协调客房部确保房态信息准确
5、熟练操作酒店管理系统，准确录入宾客信息及账务数据
1、具备良好的服务意识与职业素养，形象端正
2、普通话流利，具备基础英语沟通能力（需处理外宾事务）
3、能适应倒班工作制（含夜班），节假日轮岗.
