1. 全面统筹礼宾部日常运营，包括人员排班、服务质量督导、宾客需求响应及突发事件处理；
2. 主导高端宾客接待全流程，提供个性化行程规划、本地高端资源对接（如私密餐厅预订、游艇出海、文化体验等）及跨部门协同服务支持；
3. 管理并维护酒店VIP客户档案及合作机构资源网络，持续提升宾客满意度与复购率；
4. 制定并执行礼宾服务标准与培训计划，确保团队专业能力与服务一致性符合国际奢华酒店品牌要求；
5. 定期分析宾客反馈与服务数据，提出优化建议并推动落地，支撑酒店整体服务水平提升。
1. 大专及以上学历，旅游管理、酒店管理、会展经济与管理等相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年以上五星级或国际奢华品牌酒店礼宾部主管/高级礼宾员工作经验，有丽晶（Regent）、洲际（IHG）或同等级品牌工作经历者优先；
3. 熟练掌握中英文双语，具备优秀的口语表达与书面沟通能力，能独立处理外籍宾客复杂需求；
4. 精通三亚本地高端服务资源（交通、文旅、医疗、商务等），具备强资源整合能力与高净值客户服务能力；
5. 具备良好的领导力与团队协作意识，能适应轮班制及节假日高强度工作节奏。
