1、负责为客人提供行李搬运服务，确保行李安全、准确送达指定地点
2、协助客人办理入住和退房手续，引导客人至客房并介绍酒店设施
3、维护大堂及行李区域的整洁有序，确保工作环境符合酒店标准
4、及时响应客人的需求，提供问询、叫车等基础服务
5、妥善保管客人寄存的行李，并做好登记和交接工作
6、协助前台完成部分文书工作和物品递送任务
1、身体健康，能适应站立工作及搬运重物（20公斤以上）
2、具备基本的普通话沟通能力，会粤语或英语者优先
3、注重仪容仪表，保持职业化形象
4、具有服务意识和团队协作精神，能承受工作压力
5、可接受轮班制工作（含夜班及节假日）
6、无经验可培训，有酒店工作经验者优先考虑
